Operational Architecture • Founder-led Companies

I am

Kristal J.

I build the operating engine behind your vision.

Thirty years engineering commercial operations, physical facilities, and scalable operating systems.

A short diagnostic that adapts to your answers. Upload your notes instead if you’d rather.

Where are you today?

I’m already running it, and I’m buried.

You built something that works, and now it only works when you’re in it.

Take it off my plate

I’m just getting started.

You have the idea, the first clients, maybe the lease. Not the operation yet.

Build it right the first time

A woman behind a reception desk, overwhelmed

The same woman behind the desk, upright with folded arms and a confident smile

Everything in her head, sorted into four piles.

Do now

Hand off

Build a system for

Drop

That’s the first hour I spend in any business.
